BEWARE OF SELLER!!!!
Got these airpods Pro 3 (Renewed) from this seller. Thought it was Amazon Refurbished, should have read more carefully. Received the airpods, managed to pair them but battery was low. When I tried charging them, they wouldn’t charge. Headphoes or case. Description says Applecare+ is part of the sale, but no documentation received. Contacted Apple Support for troubleshooting, we tried everything and still no joy. Apple said the nost likely is that the case is defective and if it’s refurbished, seller is aware of it and sold it like this nonetheless. I requested a refund, however when going to print the label, writing states this is a return not for a refund but a replacement. I have to pay for postage and writing states that if returned item is worth more than £20, it should be registered to avoid being “lost”. Spoke to amazon about this, and they kindly will cover the return costs and send a tracked return label. Avoid this seller at all costs.

Mismatch between case and earbuds
The AirPods arrived on time, the case, buds and spare ear seals were all there and all items in perfect condition. However upon set up I could not complete the Find My facility. One day later I was told in the Find My App that the earbuds were not the originals (not a problem as such) but that they were from another case and still locked to another apple account. I am returning them and, as others have mentioned, annoyed to have to pay for the privilege of doing so for a defective product.

Good but not clean.
The AirPods Pro 3rd generation arrived in good condition and everything works well. However, they were not cleaned before shipping, so there was some earwax on them, which made the first impression a bit worse.

Not as described, over priced, misleading!
Item is not as desirable at all, terrible customer service, advertising as A grade quality but delivered Grade B or worse. They say the price is higher due to the Apple warranty however there is no proof or documentation included with item!Warning misleading and over priced!

Look and work as they should, arrived on time. The listing included AppleCare+ which is £30 normally. They did not include this and the seller claimed it was a mistake even though a his Apple listings stated this. This was one of the reasons o chose this seller. Beware of false advertising.

Dirty ear buds and missing AppleCare+
Not the best experience from Wizard Mobiles… I ordered grade A (excellent) AirPods but they arrived with ear wax in one of the spare ear tips in the box, and they have no AppleCare+ despite what was advertised.The AirPods themselves seem good but I don’t feel like I’ve received what was advertised. It’s not even possible to add AppleCare+ to these AirPods at this stage. If I knew it would come without AppleCare+ I would have paid for the purchase protection instead
