Not good
When use it for a phone call the other side hear a weir noise and can’t hear my voice. Also sometimes make a cut weird noise when listen music like losing the signal.

It didn’t last 6 month before it stopped charging
Bought this in Feb 23. Hardly ever used them, only wanted them to listen to music before bed at night but I didn’t last 6 months before stopped charging. Really bad quality!

Worst Ear Buds I have ever owned
I was attracted by the price but I’m the end it wasn’t worth it. These ear buds are honestly horrible- the blueetoth keeps cutting out unless the phone is on your chest pocket, the sound quality isn’t the best although tbf I am a musichead but all in all not happy with how badly it connects to the Bluetooth and keeps cutting out really dissatisfied

Battery life good but not great quality
The battery life was good but the overall performance of the product was poor. I couldn’t hear people when making a call even though the volume was on full. While watching clips on the my phone the volume was satisfactory. The housing units was cheap and flimsy.

Quality headphones for the price!
My daughter seems to go through headphones and they never seem to last. Decided this time to go for a named make in Philips and it has been impressive. My daughter loves them as the sound quality is excellent. Will update the review on longevity but for now, great headphones at a very good price.

Better for Podcasts Than for Music
I bought these to replace a pair of Senheissers. If you’re a music lover, then I wouldn’t recommend these. The sound can be tinny and screechy and makes the tiny hairs on the inside of my ears stand on edge! For listening to music I bought another pair from a different brand.However, if you’re listening to podcasts and the radio with some music, then they’re fine. I wear them when doing chores and can get several rooms away from my mobile phone before the signal breaks up.They’re easy to use, and I have no complaints regarding how long they hold a charge.I would say if you have small ears like me, then they may be uncomfortable to wear (I can’t use Apple Earpods for the same reason). I find I can only wear them for up to two hours before the cartilage at the opening to my ears start to hurt.Therefore I have given them a 4-star rating.

Great for 8 weeks use if that’s what you’re looking for
First got these in July and initially was pretty happy with them. Relatively comfortable to wear for over and hour, and stay put during a run which is a plus.Sadly the right earbud has now stopped charging and won’t connect in the charging case.Tried all the troubleshooting solutions that you usually find online for wireless earbuds and no luck.Real shame, but it’s an all too common problem with wireless earbuds that seem reasonably priced.

Worked perfectly for 3 months
Bought these for my boyfriend for Xmas so he could use them while working. 3 months later the left headphone will not charge anymore than 20% and dies very quickly, cleaned everything including the inside to make sure no grime was in there and changed the charger, nothing. Mine have lasted longer and they are a 3rd of the price from china!

I bought my first pair in March 2022 and by the end of that year they had stopped working (sound not coming through). They were kindly replaced by Amazon in January 2023 so I am now on my second pair. Ten months later, and these have also stopped working (not connecting). I have tried resetting several times and the problem persists. This time I have no option available to me regarding customer support so can only replace them with another brand. I would not recommend these due to how quickly they fail, even with moderate careful use.

Look great but music quality is terrible!
I loved the colour, they were sturdy and charged relatively quickly however, the music quality was terrible! It was like listening to everything with an echo and wearing them outside with the elements just made the sound quality even worse. Think they need fine tuning (some bass etc) and then they’d be worth it – such a shame though because they look great!

Have changed my review as they no longer hold charge
I’ve updated my previous 5 star review to 1 star. I’ve bought 3 of these (one for myself and 2 as gifts). Each one has stopped working properly. After being charged fully each time the voice kicks in to say the battery is low after 20 mins of use. I’ve had them in green, white and peach and they’ve all developed this fault. Just waiting to see if the black pair purchased by my son develop the same issue. Very disappointing as I truly loved these. The pair I’m using are 4 months old. I hope I can get a refund.

great product at a reasonable price
Very happy with these ear buds. They fit in the ear without falling out even when training at the gym. Good sound quality and connectivity. Volume can’t be adjusted from the ear buds but you can skip music tracks and answer phone calls directly from the ear buds. Good battery life. Would definitely recommend.

Good overall, as described, but the only downsides are;You can’t adjust volume with earbuds The buttons have to be pressed, which considering they’re in your ear means it’s like pressing your ear so you have to hold them while you’re pressing the button.They’re great otherwise, good sound and have worked well so far.

Sound very ‘tinny’
These earbuds are well made and they look and feel great. Battery life seems ok, based on a weeks usage. My only gripe is that the bass is lacking. I’m not an audiophile by any stretch, but the sound on some of the tunes I listen to was markedly different to my big over-ear headphones. Overall, I am disappointed with this purchase as I expected better from Phillips and believe that the high average review for this product is misleading.

Not so great sound quality
They are comfy to wear and battery life is good.However the sound has no bass whatsoever. Not great if you want these for music as sound is extremely tinny.Also, if watching videos with the earphones, the sound doesn’t sync up to the picture. I know this can happen with Bluetooth earphones but with these earphones, it’s the most I’ve noticed it/the most extreme.These earphones aren’t that cheap. Overall, I kind of wish I paid a bit more for so better quality ones.

Good headphones – unfortunately one stopped charging in less than two months
These headphones were easy to set up and connect and I was keen to purchase them as they were recommended. The sound has been excellent both in and out of the house listening to both music and podcasts. Very disappointed that after only two months one of the headphones has stopped charging and outside of the Amazon return window. I now need to engage with Amazon customer service or approach the manufacturer which is a disappointment as I thought wireless headphones would be a better option than wired which frequently deteriorate and fail

Great, if slightly loose in the ear.
I much prefer these types of earbuds than the ones that go down the ear canal. These are great if slightly loose in the ear because they are so smooth, if they had a rubberised finish they would grip better. Sounds is perfect for me, around clarity with enough bass to enhance without drowning out mid and high range notes. Great battery life, very customisable with great supporting software and app.

Volume is not loud enough
These are great in every way except there is clearly a volume limit being applied which makes them pointless. You turn them up to fill and it’s really loud and then it goes quieter. I wore them in the gym and couldn’t hear them over the music.
