How to use this paintless dent repair kit?
1. Start by cleaning the dent area with a clean, damp cloth.
2. Insert the glue stick into the glue gun and pull the trigger to feed the glue stick into the gun. Turn on the power and allow it to preheat for 5 minutes.
3. Select the appropriate brushed spacers; larger dents will require larger brushed spacers. (Note: The larger the brushed spacer, the greater the pulling force.)
4. Pull the trigger to apply the extruded glue onto the brushed gasket (ensure to apply hot melt glue to all four holes of the gasket).
5. Quickly position the brushed gasket with hot melt glue in the center of the dent and press gently until the glue solidifies. Allow the glue to cool for about 8 minutes, keeping the cooling time under 10 minutes, and slightly shorter in winter.
6. Align the T-shaped repair tool and press down on the brushed gasket with hot melt glue, then pull the slide rod backward to remove the dent.
7. Use a wire board to check for any remaining dents. If necessary, lightly tap the area with a flattening hammer or pen.
8. Finally, clean the repaired area with a clean, damp cloth.
