Very good service. Excellent price for a CD in brand new condition, as described, and factory sealed. Item did arrive a couple of days after the estimated delivery date but that wasn’t a problem as I could see when the item had dispatched and it making its way through the courier system and I was sent a notification when it was ready to fetch from my local ‘click and collect’ drop-off store so good communication throughout. CD sent in a padded envelope to help protect it.

After a couple of very disappointing experiences with returns/refunds I am glad to report this seller seems to have returned to their previously reliable service standard although packaging is still poor and totally inadequate to protect parcel contents. A good quality item in decent condition with excellent value. A little too grubby to justify its ‘very good’ description but a safe and speedy delivery this time from a supplier with good comms & always recommended highly on previous occasions.

I am “mostly happy”! Seller is reliable, responded quickly and effectively to a question, item was as described and promptly shipped. The seller may be unaware of the brutal US postal system. The packaging had a tear and a puncture that I suspect left the item purchased that was inside slightly marred. However, the damage if any was slight. I am happy enough!
