An absolute powerhouse !
If you’re in the market for a portable / lifestyle projector, and this fits your budget, don’t bother looking elsewhere.This simply outperforms everything else in the market at the moment in terms of image quality, looks, ease of use, brightness etc.Perfect for indoor a well as outdoor use, the liquid cooling (which I’ve not seen in any other product in this price range) makes it really quiet, the ease of use is just absurd as you pretty much place it where you want, turn it on, and it auto adjusts the screen to the environment in front of it, avoiding obstacles, adjusting the screen size, focus, brightness etc, all within 10 seconds-ish.I’ve got it set up in the kid’s playroom downstairs, but often take it upstairs to watch movies in the bedroom – This is easily done due to it’s portability and ease of set up, pretty much pick it up using its nice looking recessed handle, carry it where you want to, plug and play!The fact it has native access to Google Play means it runs all of the streaming apps on it without the need to plug anything else to it, added to very, very decent sound quality that it comes with makes this thing an absolute functionality powerhouse.Whilst this is on the same price range of a decent size OLED TV, considering all of the above, it is impressive value for money.

Compact, portable and ease of use
Tech fan here. Absolute of a beast, best compact and portability and ease of use. Highly recommended for that. Now the bad part of the review, problem with fire tv cube. After turning off the projector for a while. the input on the fire tv wouldn’t hold its resolution, it ended up in a distorted or zoomed image. Google tv os is pretty sluggish and can’t install any apps that’s why I had to use a fire tv.The daylight view still needs the curtains closed otherwise the picture looks washed out, not as bright as other says it is.Follow up on the review:After the support from the nebular team. The problem with the fire tv has been resolved. Google tv is a lot more stable but still lag a little after a few tweaks.Picture quality is better with different settings but still can’t watch in direct sunlight.Lastly I would like to say that the customer service from the nebular team is top notch and exceeded my expectations.Not only was they quickly to identify the customer needs, but also diagnose the problem and helping to achieve the best results as possible.The service is definitely up there with the best and won my trust to continue using their products with that peace of mind.Changed to 5 stars as the customer service was exceptional. They helped from A-Z nothing was difficult for them.

Excellent quality and full of features.
Just what I’ve been waiting for, all these years. Feature packed, very easy to setup, no issues streaming 4K content off Netflix, auto screen setup, and yes you can go beyond 200″ projection!!! Brightness is really good.Everything just as advertised, so can’t fault this so far.

Well worth the money
I bought the carry case speakers and microphones as well as the projector shop around for the best price. It’s an excellent bit of kit. I paid £2100. For everything.

Screen door effect
The 4K resolution on this device is generally good, apart from a constant screen door effect that appears at any distance. This is referred to as “Laser Speckle” and for me became the main deal breaker, as I couldn’t see past it. In contrast, a much cheaper Capsule edition of Nebula’s projectors, at 1080p, only exhibits the screen door effect if the device is placed too far from the wall. This particular projector, however, has an inescapable screen door effect, which is a significant drawback.In any case, thinking about brightness and contrast ratio, there are a multitude of challenges, requiring constant adjustments, depending on what you’re watching, HDR, SDR, 4K, 1080p, etc., settings also changing between streaming apps. There’s just way too much faff with this thing, taking a great deal of the pleasure away from it. The sound is more alright than great. It’s fine, just nothing to write home about.Ultimately, if you get this and want none of the hassle I had with it, you must consider using it in an optimized space. Don’t go flashing it onto white walls with white ceilings. It’s kind of okay in that situation, with other ambient light adjustments, dark room, etc., but even though the brightness is more controlled in this than in other models, in the wrong circumstance the light bleed will mess everything up for you.Oh, it’s also missing the gimbal that should have been free with it, at this price.Anyway, it is nice, but depending on your setup, the tradeoffs may prove to be way too distracting.

Finally the perfect projector has arrived!
Fantastic!! I have only had this projector for a few hours but I can confidently say that it is amongst the best or in my opinion the best lifestyle projector available.I have owned the jmgo N1s ultimate, hisense c2 ultra and the valerion pro 2All very good projectors but I took the x1 out the box plugged it in turned it on and it blew all three of them away!The auto alignment is second to none and it is ridiculously bright!I have lowered it to around 60% brightness and it looks amazingAfter a long time of trying to find the perfect projector I am finally happy with the x1Fast and snappy google tv built in and I look forward to trying out the wireless speaker system that will be delivered in a couple weeks.If your after a super bright projector that just works with no fuss this is it

A brilliant piece of kit, sadly let down by enshittified software.
The picture quality is absolutely gorgeous, as expected.The projector runs Google TV. This is a shock if you are upgrading from an old-fashioned dumb projector. Instead of “turn on and go”, you now have to wait minutes while the OS boots up and displays a bunch of adverts for apps and media none of which are what you wanted to use the projector for, before finally allowing you to navigate through the glacially unresponsive menu system to select the external source you want to use. Sometimes it has trouble phoning home and the controls lock while it waits for the icons to arrive. Other times an update is available and you are nagged to install this before anything else can happen.Google TV does have a setting for making it display an external source directly on startup by default; however, on this projector, this setting is ignored.

Amazing Cinema experience
If you’re thinking of buying a projector,there’s nothing like NEBULA X1. it’s amazing whether its colours or brightness,there’s nothing like it. There are some others which are more expensive than this but they’re not match to this. It’s like you’re in the cinema,picture plus surround sound everything in NEBULA x1 is cinema. We have stopped watching anything on our 85 inch tv and obviously we don’t go to cinema anymore because there’s no need now.
