Christmas ruined
This was purchased as my son’s main Christmas present, bought in October but left in box until 2 days ago.When I opened it to assemble it, some of the bolts wouldn’t fasten due to poorly drilled holes but more importantly, the bike itself wouldn’t switch on or charge.It is completely dead out of the box and never used.I contacted the seller who advised me to contact the manufacturer.It’s been radio silence from the manufacturer, they don’t even have this product listed on their website so it must have been a poor product if they don’t even advertise it on their own website any longer.The seller has washed their hands of this as it’s more than 30 days since purchase, the manufacturer won’t even acknowledge my complaint and I’m out £250 and my son’s Christmas was ruined.Thanks to the entertainer, I hope you are happy with yourselves.

Purchased on Prime Day July 12, 2022, received July 25, 2022.The bike looks great, easy to assemble. Battery will not charge so I cannot evaluate further. Tried contacting customer service from the back of the manual (Little Tikes), the told me to contact the supplier, Better Sourcing Worldwide, which is only a recording. I’d just like to get the battery replaced as it is one-forth the cost of the bike. I really would like my child to get to ride this, but I might have to return if no resolution.Update: August 16, 2022. Contacted customer support via email address given in recorded message, help@bettertoyz.com, they responded immediately and sent out a new battery (received August 10, 2022).The Café Racer is awesome!!! My son thoroughly enjoys it, he is 12. The bike is silent compared to my Razor Rambler. I do not find the speed or power of the motor lacking, my son keeps pace with me when ride together. Truly an awesome looking and fun ride. Also, the headlamp on the Café Racer puts the Rambler’s to shame, it is really bright!I would like to thank MGAE’s customer support for their hassle-free and swift response! I hope the Café Racer comes back in stock as I would like to purchase another.

The first one that arrived I put it together which was a lot of work and if you’re not mechanically, I won attempt it. So when I got together plugged it in it would not work. I don’t know why the battery went charge. I don’t know so I send it back. They give me another one same thing. Then you got to take it apart to put it back in the box to send it back. Nothing but a pain in the ass. I’d be very nervous about buying any big ticket item especially when you got to put them together, I would recommend not buying this type of bike

There are other mini moto bikes on the market that have actual suspension and better performance. The bike looks great and the quality is also great but putting suspension dust covers on the front is very misleading and the rear suspension is almost useless… Wish I bought something else

I got this for my 10-year-old son. We started him off on a gas powered dirt bike, and it was a little too much for him.I decided to order this to get him used to the feel of a bike, and so far, it’s been a great experience. He really enjoys riding this, and he’s feeling more and more confident.The bike itself wasn’t difficult to put together. My husband had it from box to road in about 45 minutes.It also performs really well, and it’s the perfect size for older children ages 8-13 (give or take).Overall, I’m very pleased with this bike and definitely recommend.

Save your money and get the Razor MX650. We got this for our kids for Christmas. Out of the box the battery and the controller were dead, by valentines day the motor had died. There’s no customer support and noone sells parts for this thing. Trying to do any kind of fix on this p.o.s. is virtually impossible. I’d strongly urge anyone considering this bike to pay just a little bit more and get a MUCH BETTER product from a different company.

The Viro Cafe Racer bike is sharp looking!! I was pleased at the overall design and that it looks like a real motorcycle, which my son loved. The tan seat and the silver shell go well together, it looks amazing. My husband was able to put it together quickly and easily, most of it is already assembled. As soon as it was built, my 10 year old jumped on it and rode around the yard. It maneuvers well in the grass and concrete. It was easy for him to drive and figure out. It rides smooth and has pretty good suspension. It holds quite a bit of weight, im 145 lbs and I can ride it just fine. Also it charges fast and stays charged for awhile. So far my son loves it to ride around the big yard we have. My only issues with this bike is the speed and the squeaky sound it makes. The bike goes up to 15mph but it’s not quite fast enough for my almost 11 year old who loves to go fast. He is used to four wheelers and dirt bikes , so this is too slow for him. He just likes to cruise around on it for the most part. I see him getting bored with it eventually.It will be good for my younger two kids to ride on though. Also I’m not sure if all the bikes do this , but our bike is very squeaky when you push it or ride on it, which is pretty annoying. Hopefully that goes away with time. Overall we like the bike and have fun with it. I would recommend it if you just want something to cruise around on or for kids younger than my 10 year old.

I am returning my second viro Cafe Racer. The first one lasted TWO days and then the light stopped working and the battery no longer held a charge. I returned that one and was sent a new one to assemble. The second one is even worse. It’s completely dead and won’t turn on or charge at all.So for the second time this Month, I am disassembling a viro Cafe Racer for return. SUPER FRUSTRATED AND SUPER DISAPPOINTED!!
