Wow! Half expecting parts to be missing, based on some reviews, I received an item that looked brand new, just taken out of the cellophane wrapping. I thought long and hard about this purchase because of cost, but it’s exceeded my expectations! I’m new to this game, but so far I can say it makes coffee equal to, and hotter than, anything I had from Wetherspoons when I worked there for nine years. And that is meant as a compliment to both. As a refurbished item, it can’t be faulted. No marks, no dents and looks like a brand new machine. Quality is excellent and looks great. Set it up, following the online manual and had my first cup of espresso coffee. Brilliant.

Machine came in perfect out of the box condition, no marks or dings at all on the machine, very good quality! All accessories came included and very handy storage areas on machine. Used a few times already and so much easier than previous machines owned. Highly recommend purchasing the the refurbished item as excellent value for money!

Although classed as Refurbished, this looks and feels like brand new! The cleaning brush was the only thing missing and Ninja Kitchen sent one out to me straight away. You may need to download the instructions, like I did, but it is fairly easy to use and the coffee is amazing! A superb bean to cup machine at a fraction of the price you would expect to pay.

Absolutely amazing service, ordered Saturday afternoon, delivered Sunday morning. I had a Sage Barista, this beautiful machine, knocks it out of the park. The coffee aroma and taste is sublime, the self mixing and frothing milk jug is a dream and the wands self purge cleaning, after a wipe down, saves so much time.

I absolutely love my new coffee machine ☕️ I’m genuinely impressed with how it performs.
The coffee machine itself looks great on my counter top and the build quality is superb.
I’ve tried multiple beverages.. lattes, iced lattes, espressos, hot chocolates, mochas and macchiatos and I can honestly say I’ve enjoyed every single one, guests love it too. My only disappointments is there was a fair few scratches on the machine and no user manuals and a few missing parts but were resent by seller.

The machine is brilliant and in good working order. As with any refurb item, we did give it a thorough inspection and clean before using but nothing was damaged or looked worn. Unfortunately, the tamper and cleaning kit were missing from the box, however, ninja rectified this very quickly and had the replacement items shipped within 24 hours!
Overall, this is a great product and amazing value if you pick one up at refurb price.

Item arrived in only a couple of days. Appearance looked spotless from the outside but there was no water coming out of the machine. Unfortunately it seems it wasn’t descaled as coffee residue was blocking the drainage. Good value but I had to fix the coffee machine before using it.
