    Brilliant value

We’ve had this for just under a month and it has been phenomenal. It vacuums and mops a 100m2 floor area in around 1.5-2hrs daily. The floors have never been cleaner, and it requires really low maintenance. It’s also pretty quiet so the cat doesn’t get anxious around it. I’m surprised by how much pleasure the clean floors actually give. Even if this only lasts for 2-3 years it’s a great buy, what would you pay for a cleaner to come daily? Yes the it can’t clean as deeply as if you do it by hand, but it keeps things consistently cleaner when really i was only vacuuming every two weeks. The object avoidance is perfectly fine. it can’t handle tiny things or cables, but it does work around the cat toys. No experience with poop yet, so you have to do your own risk assessment there. I though we would have way more tangling issues but actually it’s all good. It can’t handle cheerios or olive stones, which get stuck and make a god awful noise. We also have a house plant which drops long leaves which tend to get wrapped up. The hair collection system works well though, no hair based tangles yet. Overall highly recommended. this is the sweet spot for mop, vacuum and the base station to do all the daily maintenance.

Quiet, clean and helpful to stay on top of the housework.

Only had the robot vacuum, or Jeff as we call him, for a day but are very impressed with his hard work ethic. Vacs and mops quietly, completing the hall and kitchen in about 36 minutes. It did a nice job missing the occasional corner. We found by using Jeff daily the rooms covered feel dust free and very clean. A super gadget for its price and purpose. I would definitely recommend.

    Brilliant bit of kit

This was a replacement for my old robot hoover that broke when the sensor stopped working and it fell down the stairs!I’ve had it for about a week now now and it’s working brilliantly. It’s a heck of an upgrade from my old hoover with the rotating mop heads and self cleaning dock. I’m particularly impressed by the way it can seamlessly go from mopping hard floors to hoovering carpets without me having to mess around with fitting/removing the mop pads which got annoying pretty quickly with my old model. This one just raises the mop heads when it sees carpet – which is brilliant! From what I can see, it does a great job on carpets, but where it really shines (pun intended!) is on hard floors. Most of the downstairs is laminate or tile and the floors are sparklingly clean. It even manages to clean up dried bits of cat food jelly that the cats love to throw all over the kitchen floor. I used to have to clean those up by hand as the robot just had a single pad that it dragged around so it just smeared all over the floor. With the rotating pads, the Roborock makes easy work of them. The fact that it goes back to the dock to clean the mop after each room is a really great feature as there’s no “cross contamination ” between the downstairs loo (where the cat litter trays are) and the kitchen and hall, which I really like. There are the usual cons of a mid range robot hoover – it doesn’t get into corners/tight spaces/under furniture, which means I have to get the Big Hoover out occasionally and do those manually and the object avoidance is a little bit hit and miss so I just pick stuff up off the floor before it does its daily clean (Oh No! How tragic! I actually have to do 5 minutes work myself!) but for keeping the house clean on a daily basis, it’s fantastic. It connected seamlessly to Alexa so now I can use voice commands like “Tell Harry to clean the kitchen” and off it goes. Yes, I named my robot Harry – it’s easier than saying “Tell Roborock Q35S to clean the kitchen”!All in all, I’m extremely pleased with this robot. It does everything I want it to do at a much higher level than I was expecting for the price.

    My new best friend

I absolutely love this hoover. I’ve had a standard cheaper one for months now and decided to treat myself to one I didn’t have to fill with water or empty, yes I know I’m getting lazier! This machine is a game changer honestly! It was easy to set up. It whizzes round the whole of my ground floor in 35 minutes while popping back now and then to clean itself. It leaves a solid damp trail behind it so you can see the area it’s cleaned, unlike my old one which was very patchy. I love the mapping and I love that I can set a routine. I’m chuffed to bits with it and definitely recommend paying a bit more to get this rather than the standard ones. Definitely worth it, my new best friend!

    It’s changed my life

We have two dogs in a mostly carpeted house, I bought this to help reduce my daily vacuuming workload as I was beginning to feel like I lived to clean up after the dogs. I would give this five starts, but I’ve decided on four because it isn’t a perfect solution, despite being VERY good. While it helps us keep on top of daily cleaning, it’s not able to keep 100% on top of things, for a couple of reasons. Firstly, it can’t vac right up to the edge of a room – the partly because the vac isn’t as powerful as others and secondly because the obstacle avoidance is a little over-careful, often keeping a few cm from walls. The spinning brush helps bring in some larger items, but it doesn’t get them all. We find that we still have to break out the Dyson once a week to do a more thorough vac of the space. The mopping is really good, and has transformed our kitchen, which was often covered in paw prints from outside. It’s not perfect and has limits, but as long as we pick up any actual debris tracked in, it does a good job of mopping the floor.Navigation is really very good, even though it doesn’t have a camera we’ve only ever had it get trapped between chair legs once. We’ve had it drag things around the room a couple of times, it doesn’t seem to realise when that happens, the sign something has gone wrong is usually a strange noise coming from another room!Setup was easy. We assembled the base station (literally two parts), plugged it all in, installed the app on my phone and it did a mapping session, driving around, figuring out where all the rooms are, which it got right with no intervention needed from us.We now have scheduled cleaning sessions every morning, with mopping done twice a week, or on-demand if needed. For our 1000sqft ground floor, the battery is more than enough, never dropping below 70%.I’d give it 5 stars if:- It was bagless- If it had more suction- If it could clean closer to the edges of the room

    Life changing!

Roborock Crevo 35s has changed my life for the better! As a professional cleaner, last thing I want to do is come home & hoover/mop my own house! Delivery was good, on time, friendly driver, hoover is faultless, mopping is good, if you buy this you will not regret it. I don’t find the app particularly easy to use but it’s mapped my 3 floors & goes off to clean & finishes the job without fault. Abit nervous about future purchases/maintenance hoover bags, brushes, battery, sensors etc..but time will tell. It’s certainly a good upgrade & investment, time saving & home is a more relaxing environment. Someone invented something very clever!

A Brilliant Machine With Small Defects

Bought this robot as an upgrade from my Lefant. Decent robot specifically like the mopping function, leaps and bounds better than most manual mopping functions on some of the budget robots. Suctions great. Floor cleans well. Slight flaw is the sheer noise of it. Can’t really be kept on with say watching TV or it just interrupts you. When it goes back to dock super noisy when cleaning the mop or emptying the bag. Wouldn’t particularly trust it when out and leave it on as sometimes has a mind of its own. Still a 5* machine with great power but just some small defects.

It’s better than my previous model (Deebot N79S)

Hair handling is poorThe rubber main roller doesn’t deal with long hair well. Instead of lifting it, the roller tends to roll hair into tight little “hair cigars” and leave them scattered around the floor. Hair also wraps around the roller ends, and once it does, it acts like a cutting wire and slices into the rubber, so the roller wears out faster than expected. The end caps also trap hair easily, which makes the problem worse.Roller maintenance is constantBecause of the hair‑wrapping issue, you end up removing the roller frequently, popping off the end caps, and cutting away fused hair. If you have pets or anyone with long hair in the house, expect this to be a regular chore.Auto‑empty dock stopped emptying the binThe onboard dustbin seems to have suddenly stopped emptying into the dock bag in the last few days. The bag is empty, the visible hose is clear, and the robot docks normally, but the dust stays in the bin. I’ve tried using another vacuum on the docks ducting and will see if that makes a difference if there was a blockage.Whatever the cause, the result is the same: the auto‑empty feature becomes unreliable, and you end up emptying the robot manually. The robots dust bin also has several hard angles and restrictions in it so when it tries to empty, if there is lots of hair in it, it jams in the little port and doesn’t leave the robot – again a manual empty if I check as it doesn’t tell you there is a problem you just see piles of dust everywhere where its overfilled its little bin.Mopping works, but only with constant pad washingThe mop pads rely on staying clean, and if the robot doesn’t return to the dock often enough, it just smears dirty water around the floor. Increasing wash frequency helps, but then you’re constantly emptying the dirty water tank and refilling the clean one. It becomes a cycle of maintenance that undermines the “hands‑off” promise. One positive on the mapping is that if you ‘open’ a door to and area it has never seen before, it just goes and maps it after its finished everywhere else then adds it into its map for cleaning (which it does after adding it).I set it to clean every day with Mon/Wed and Sun to clean then mop. Was easy to set up though there are lots and lots of options.Battery life seems good with a clean then mop of a 33m2 area using about 40% of battery over 1 1/2 hours.I do have several no go areas set up due to steps and rugs.OverallThe Qv35s cleans reasonably well when everything is working, but hair management, roller wear, and dock reliability are weak points. The mopping system can produce good results, but only if you’re willing to babysit water tanks and wash cycles. For households with long hair, pets, or large floor areas, these issues add up quickly. As far as price goes, it only cost a few £ more than my old one so things have come a long way so a lot more bang for your bucks.

Life‑Changing Robot Vacuum with Flawless Mapping and Cleaning

The media could not be loaded.

This robot vacuum has changed how I run my home, and after eight months of constant use I feel fully qualified to write this review. My only regret is spending weeks watching endless YouTube videos, comparing models, confusing myself and procrastinating about whether it would be a waste of money. I should have bought it sooner. In terms of home hygiene and daily maintenance, it has been the single best investment I’ve made.I don’t usually comment on packaging, but this arrived boxed in a way that felt premium and well thought out. Setup took minutes. I watched as the robot mapped my rooms in 3D, plotting every detail with accuracy. It wasn’t phased by obstacles like a complex dining table and chairs; it worked out how to navigate efficiently, and I dedicated a small cupboard as its home base. The software is excellent. I can edit areas, choose individual rooms, adjust cleaning frequency, and select quick or detailed cleaning. Carpet detection works perfectly, and I often find myself watching the live map as it moves around the house. The app is flawless and lets me intervene mid‑job, redirect it to a stain, or change the cleaning mode on the fly.Noise levels are impressive. When cleaning, it’s quieter than a normal vacuum cleaner, and the mop function is almost silent. If the door is closed to the room it’s working in, you can barely hear it. It doesn’t wake me up when it runs at 5am. The loudest moment is when it empties the dust compartment into the main bag (see video), which lasts around 20–30 seconds. The mop pads are superb on porcelain and wood flooring. As long as you follow the instructions and don’t add more solution than recommended, it leaves no streaks. I have it set to clean the kitchen after meal prep, and it handles spills, dust, coffee grounds and rice without hesitation. I’ve even noticed fewer spiders since running it daily.A tank of water easily lasts a week, and the hoover bags last longer than a month. I recently programmed it to clean upstairs, added a second floor to the map, and it handled the change without any effort. The machine looks smart, and the lidar avoidance works extremely well. My old robot used to get stuck on round chair legs; this one avoids them cleanly and always finds its way back to the dock. The tower is robust and doesn’t wobble or lose connection. The water tanks are strong, the connectors haven’t leaked once, and all seals fit properly — including the vacuum channel and dust bag. The service parts are easy to access, including the drip tray. The whole unit feels sturdy and well‑built.Battery life is strong, charging is reliable, and the return‑to‑base wash cycle keeps the mop pads fresh. In eight months there have only been two stains it couldn’t remove, and both were stubborn marks that needed manual scrubbing. It has changed my routine, reduced daily cleaning, and keeps the house consistently fresh. I highly recommend it.

    Everyone needs one of these

What’s not to love? A robot that mops and hoovers your house!!! I came across the idea of this back in February and knew I had to have one. Did quite a lot of research and decided this was the best one for me.It arrived very well packaged with clear instructions. There is an app you download to your phone which, after a little playing about, becomes very intuitive. You can use the app to create no-go zones or invisible walls, make the robot clean one particular room or zone, or the whole area, either just mopping (and you get to adjust the amount of water it uses), just vacuuming (and you get to adjust the intensity of the suction) or both. If choosing to mop and vacuum it does both at the same time, ie will vacuum up anything whilst it’s mopping the floors. You can also choose how many “passes” the robot does, so you could set it to go round twice and the second time, although it cleans the same area, it’ll do it from a different direction so as to loosen/lift the carpet fibres whilst vacuuming. You can also automatically schedule cleans in the app but I prefer to just set it off whilst I’m around so I can check there’s nothing on the floor (ie a phone lead) for it to hoover up!Obviously as the machine is round, when mopping it cannot get right into the corners, but when vacuuming it has a little “arm” brush that reaches out beyond the edge of the robot and this spins around to collect debris so can get further into the corners. At the end of the cleaning it’ll inform you it’s “finished” and is “returning to dock.” Once in the dock it will make a loud “whooshing” noise which is it emptying the dust it collects from its onboard dustbin into the dock’s dustbin. If it’s been mopping, then it will proceed to clean its pads on the bottom tray of the dock. After cleaning the pads it will then go on to dry them by blowing air over them.Sound wise, I find it fairly quiet when mopping and vacuuming, you can hear it but it’s not as intrusive as a normal vacuum cleaner. Emptying of the dustbin into the dock is noisy but lasts less than 10 seconds. If it’s washing its pads after mopping again it’s fairly quiet, just “sloshing” noises. And then when it’s drying its pads afterwards there’s a gentle humming noise which lasts for a good few hours, but again nothing too intrusive. To spot clean, you can use the remote control (found in the app) to steer the robot out of the dock and to a particular area and then choose the spot clean function, and the robot will proceed to clean just around the area it’s been placed in, and once done will return to the dock.Battery wise, I’ve had the robot do the whole of our downstairs open plan semi detached house, on full suction, with two passes, and it doesn’t even get down anywhere near 80%. You’ll never run out of battery with this. On returning to the dock it automatically recharges itself.I’ve got LVT tiles and carpet downstairs and when in vac and mop mode, it automatically detects the flooring type (ie it doesn’t mop the carpet 😂). When moving from the LVT to the carpet, it automatically detects the carpet and lifts the pads up so the damp pads aren’t dragging on the carpet. The only time I had an issue was when I asked it to mop my little hallway which has an old, fairly flattish mat by the door. Unfortunately it didn’t detect that there was a mat there and it mopped the mat. I likened the robot to a new puppy that had a little accident 😂😂😂. There is a thicker mat by my patio door which it does recognise and doesn’t mop that one. I think the hall mat is too flat for the robot to recognise as a change of flooring.Price wise, there are much more expensive models out there, but I didn’t want to pay a fortune. I think the value for money for this model is great and it should last for years. The dock and tray that the robot sits on doesn’t take up a huge amount of space. Just make sure it’s flat against a wall with enough room either side for the robot to manoeuvre in and out. The dock has two tanks at the top that easily lift out and slot back in again. One is for collecting the dirty water after mopping, the other is the clean water tank. If the clean water tank becomes empty, the robot will inform you to fill it up again. I’ve not had to replace the dust bag located inside the dock yet, but I believe once that’s full, the robot will inform me to replace it.Oh and I HAD to buy some stick on eyes to personalise it … my robot is named Dobby 😂. You can see from the video the robot returning to the dock after it had finished cleaning. The photos show the dock with the two water tanks at the top (and of course the eyes attached).
